Within Trakstar Hire, you can reach us via the Question Mark button in the bottom left corner of your account.  Just click on "Ask" to send us a message.

Phone Support:

Our team is happy to take a pre-scheduled call to help you out. To ensure our call is most productive, we ask you to email what you’d like to cover on the call. This will help us prepare materials ahead of time, know how much time to allocate for the call, and ensure the correct people are included.

Providing this context via email also allows us to pass on valuable things such as links to help articles, screenshots, and step-by-step workflows, which you can then refer back to again in the future.
